Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or contact us at mamakssweettreats@gmail.com and we will process your cancellation promptly.
When to Cancel To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations received after this window may result in one additional charge, which will not be refunded.
Refunds on Cancellations Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Pre-Paid Subscriptions If you purchased a pre-paid subscription plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the pre-paid period. Pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel a one-time purchase, please contact us at mamakssweettreats@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return & exchange policy applies.
