Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Domestic Delivery Timeframes Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping We are happy to ship internationally! International delivery times and rates will vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

European Union — International Shipping & Customs

We ship to all European Union member states. Please note the following for EU orders:

Duties & taxes: Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Delivery timeframes: EU orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location:

  • Western EU (FR, DE, NL, BE, AT, IE, ES, PT, IT): 7–10 business days
  • Nordics (DK, FI, SE): 8–12 business days
  • Central & Eastern EU (PL, CZ): 9–14 business days
