How to Use ▼

Lotion (3.4 oz pump):
1. Dispense 2–3 pumps onto palms and warm between hands.
2. Apply to large muscle groups — legs, back, shoulders, and arms.
3. Massage in using long, firm strokes in the direction of muscle fibers.
4. Allow to absorb fully — reapply as needed.

Balm (1.5 oz & 2 oz):
1. Scoop a small amount and warm between fingertips.
2. Apply directly to areas of targeted tension — knots, tight spots, and stubborn soreness.
3. Massage in using firm circular motions for 2–3 minutes.
4. Allow to absorb — the menthol will provide immediate cooling relief.
Tip: For post-workout recovery, apply the lotion to large muscle groups immediately after exercise while muscles are still warm. Use the balm for targeted spot treatment on specific areas of tension before bed.
