How to Use ▼

Lotion (3.4 oz pump):
1. Dispense 2–3 pumps onto palms and warm between hands.
2. Apply to large areas — legs, back, shoulders, and arms.
3. Massage in using long, firm strokes.
4. Allow to absorb fully — reapply as needed.

Balm (1.5 oz & 2 oz):
1. Scoop a small amount and warm between fingertips.
2. Apply directly to areas that need attention.
3. Massage in using firm circular motions for 2–3 minutes.
4. Allow to absorb — the menthol delivers a comforting cooling sensation on the skin.
Tip: Apply the lotion to larger areas after activity while skin is still warm. Use the balm for targeted spot application on specific areas before bed.
