1. In the shower or bath, wet skin thoroughly with warm water.
2. Scoop a generous amount and apply to skin in circular motions.
3. Massage gently over body, focusing on rough or dry areas — elbows, knees, heels, and shins.
4. Allow to sit for 30–60 seconds to let the oils absorb before rinsing.
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water — no additional moisturizer needed.
Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
Tip: The botanical oils leave skin looking conditioned after rinsing — no lotion needed. Caution: oils will make shower and bath surfaces slippery.
