1. Start with clean, dry skin on face or body.
2. Apply a small amount to fingertips and warm between palms.
3. Blend outward in smooth, even strokes over desired areas.
4. Build coverage by adding a second thin layer where needed.
5. Reapply every 2 hours during sun exposure or after swimming and sweating.
