15-minute mask: Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow with your favorite serum or moisturizer.
Overnight mask: Apply a thin layer to clean skin as the final step in your PM routine. Leave on overnight and rinse in the morning.
Tip: Use 2–3 times per week or whenever skin feels compromised, dry, or reactive. For maximum barrier repair, use overnight after a period of stress, travel, or skin sensitivity.
