How to Use ▼

1. Shake well before each use.
2. Hold 4–6 inches from skin and spray evenly onto exposed areas — arms, legs, neck, and ankles.
3. Rub in gently to ensure even coverage.
4. Reapply every 60–90 minutes during outdoor activities, or more frequently if sweating heavily.
5. Avoid spraying directly on face — spray onto hands first and apply carefully around the face and ears.
Tip: For extra protection, spray onto clothing as well as skin. Store in a cool place — heat can diminish the potency of the essential oils.
