Body: Apply a generous amount to wet skin. Massage in circular motions focusing on rough or dull areas — elbows, knees, shoulders, and back. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Face (gentle use): Apply a small amount to wet skin. Massage very gently in circular motions for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with serum or moisturizer.
