How to Use ▼

1. Wash and dry feet thoroughly before application.
2. Apply a generous amount of HeelHarmony to heels and any dry or cracked areas.
3. Massage in using firm circular motions until fully absorbed.
4. Put on a pair of cotton socks immediately to lock in moisture and actives.
5. Leave on overnight for maximum repair — rinse feet in the morning.
For daily maintenance: apply after showering without socks for daytime use.
Tip: For severely cracked heels, use nightly for 7–14 days for intensive repair, then reduce to 3x per week for maintenance. The socks are essential — they create a moisture-sealing barrier that dramatically amplifies results.
