How to Use ▼

PM: Apply a generous amount to clean, dry heels and feet before bed. Massage in thoroughly, focusing on cracked or rough areas. Put on a pair of cotton socks immediately after to lock in moisture and actives overnight.
Tip: For severely cracked heels, use nightly for 7–14 days for maximum repair. Once heels are restored, use 2–3 times per week as maintenance. The socks are essential — they create a moisture-sealing barrier that dramatically amplifies results.
